Celebrate Mother’s Day outside in the magic of the natural world at Ann and Sandy Cross Conservation area. Come join this adult only walk on your own, with a friend, with your mother, daughter or partner and experience an opportunity to nurture the mind, body, and soul. Forest Bathing is not a hike or a walk in the woods, we move slowly through nature, soaking it in with all of our senses. This mindful walk allows individuals to reconnect with themselves and the natural world, fostering a sense of well-being.
Plan to have some fun, be immersed in nature and enjoy a cup of forest tea.
